| A) When we receive your faulty item, we send out a ready-to-go rebuilt unit at the "exchange" price. OR B) We can send out the rebuilt item first, C.O.D. or credit card, billed at an "exchange" + "core charge" price. (exchange price + core charge= sales price). If your faulty item is received by us within 10 days of our shipping the exchange item; a credit will be issued for the "core charge" less $5. If the faulty item is received by us after 10 - 20 days; the credit will be the "core charge" less $30. Late returns after 20 days will not be acknowledged and NO credit will be issued. |
