Prices in the table below INCLUDE SHIPPING to a commercial, ground floor address in the continental U.S. via Fed Ex or commercial truck lines . Deliveries to residential addresses will be charged extra; lift-gate service or special situations MAY also be extra.  Prices include factory parts and labor warranties (only).  Installation IS NOT included.  Prices subject to change without notice.
